Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We regularly test and improve our pages to ensure they are accessible to as many people as possible.
What we have done
- Keyboard navigation works throughout the site, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- A “Skip to content” link is available on every page
- Text contrast meets at least 4.5:1 against its background
- All images carry descriptive alternative text
- Forms are labelled and errors are described in plain language
- Animations are disabled when you have “Reduce motion” turned on in your device settings
- The site works without JavaScript — all content, phone numbers, and navigation remain available
- Pages are designed to be readable when zoomed to 200%
Known limitations
Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to replace these with accessible formats. If you need information in a different format, please contact us.
